Exactly and everyone knows that future demand is only going to grow. The long term contract price is what they go off and BMN for instance will lock in their contracts at a very healthy price about mid year. If you are in the commodity itself and the commodity drops you are in trouble however if you are in something like BMN for example it is a different situation. Company growth is always the key to securing a strong long term share price IMO.
