your observation is correct at first glance but please take into account, only two rigs currently operating, only 36 holes drilled, another 3 far superior and better suited rigs on their way as we type.

get 5 rigs to drill another 20 holes each and at this strike rate we could see 80 - 140 shoot up to 280 - 490 very quickly.

the key as you pointed out is initial, factor in how many holes, the type of rigs, and the very very short period of drilling thus far and potential is there.
