This is a brilliant deal so I am struggling with others interpretation of it not being a good deal.
Can someone closer to the co tell me if I have this right or wrong.

I never said or thought they had sold 51% of HXG..., Just the project. (McIntosh project).
I think you are right with your summations..., I guess I am just concerned of the bully boy C.E. influence for the future.
