CR- quick feedback from WP, page-44

The crumb feed offer to shareholders = maximum 200 shareholers at 15k each is laughable and sad and imo a con - is it there to make retail feel as if they are included (expecting they are so dumb they cant do simple math and realize they will probably get a few thousand shares at best?).

So basically the CR funds are largely going to the board and their mates. Can we call a spade a spade. This is not about future product expenditure. This is to pay for their bonuses. They are using their bonus to buy stock that they issued themselves at a 20% discount to the pre-CR price. They just gave themselves another 20% free kicker bonus on top of their stupendous bonuses!!! There is no "real" personal skin in the game - it appears to be some board room smarty pants pat on the back geez we are sooo much smarter than the plebs concocted ruse. The positive I do see is that they want stock - and they have done a big pig in the trough free allocation to themselves potentially on the cusp of turning the corner financially in the next 6 months (cough cough if you believe their own BS). It may be reason enough to hold onto your shares and buy the dip - but from the bagholders here already and reading the history repeating itself posts I will grab my chopped in half tail and tuck it between my legs and move on as the more I think about this CR the more I think this management team don't deserve my support.
