Good points.

AMP is owned by share holders big and small and it is a public company.

Some people lost money and like a class actions......so lawyers are preparing class actions on behalf of SHARE HOLDERS OR " EX SHARE HOLDERS " ? saying blah blah and resulting SP to drop 14% etc etc but the very same people who like to see class actions will see SP dropping more and destroying their holding even more so the share holders are suing themselves because the share holders are the owner of AMP.

AMP will hire lawyers to defend itself and have to pay the lawyers using share holders funds in AMP and yet the share holders are the owner of AMP ?? resulting in smaller profits and dividends.
I like to hear what the top biggest 10 share holders of AMP will say

Those the ones who have left and lost and sold their shares in AMP are the ones perhaps like to see AMP destroyed.

The winners are the LAWYERS as always......what I like to see is the leadership of AMP not AMP itself as a company to face justice, AMP can not run itself without people behind it so the people who run AMP have to take responsibility of their actions.

Class actions will take years to finish, by then AMP will be run totally by new management and will be a different company.
