And it would be interesting if we could compare the participation rates between a "no win no fee" ca and one where participants provided some form of upfront cost. I'd be nervous if I were one of the ca lawyers, because if you didn't win, someone is likely to accuse you of oversight, misconduct and not doing your job properly, then we'll end up with a class action against the class action against AMP. It could go on forever
