That application will be laughed out of the panel. It's none of GWR's business or the takeover panel's business or jurisdiction. It is a contract between Falak and FAS. Falak is the aggrieved party to initiate any matters in court, and I can't see how GWR has any standing or say in it's shareholder's business, contracts, representations or intentions. The Daily Assay will have another laugh at it too.
