this is going to be interesting indeed. i dont know anything personally about those involved so cant comment. I have been looking thru the Vicpet thread since ODN announced itself as a major shareholder, u should have a look it is worth a laugh, there seems to be very littlesupport for current management. having said that the shareholders seem to be fairly happy with the current assets ( with the exception of the US assets) but there is a high level of anxiety about the companies ability to focus its efforts.
I think u make a very interesting point about how eddie could possibly join forces with ODN, i feel sure that if propositioned the right way Eddie and other top 20 shareholders may see that new directors chosen by ODN are the way to go for the future of VPE.I see ODN proposes to keep Kopcheff so maybe he will see it their way also. Looks like current VPE management have little actual voting power so it will all come down to numbers. I imagine that both parties will address shareholders and state their positions in due course. stay tuned. does anyone else have a take or some insight on this ??
