I'm not over or under confident, like you I'm sick of the waiting game. I'm just looking at the contract between FAS and Falak and wonder what the takeover's panel and GWR have to do with it or with my contract with FAS. Absolutely nothing even if all that Falak is saying is true. If Falak says it's a mistake, then Mate, apply for an injunction in court and prove your case. GWR has no say in this. Until then those shares are owned by FAS and they are perfectly entitled to consider the acceptance as having been validly made, as per their media release.
