The Board could not have forseen the general market fall which hit the NMS SP. IMO we were lucky to offload around 64 mill to Instos' at 95 cents a pop - THATS A HEAP UNDERWATER.
This will enable the payment for acquisitions plus heaps left over for maybe the acquisition for vessels.
I note from slide 18 of the presentation (14/12/07) that NMS intend to borrow for the 3 ROVS'.
