The PLS price won't stay here forever. Here is my back of the envelope calculation as I have not seen any numbers from any analyst. Project EBITDA over life of mine is $6.5 billion. We also assume here that at the end of project life remaining assets have no terminal value. Dividing EBITDA by 17 gives you a yearly EBITDA of $382million or $0.25 per share. Take it as 3 years for pay back and then you receive an annuity of $0.25 per year for 14 years. Dividing $0.25 by say an 8% discount rate gives you a reference price of $3.19 per share. A 500+% gain from current levels. A lower discount rate will obviously give you a higher price per share. It's just a question of time price will go up. Short as much as you like. Cheers DYOR
