Whenever they talk about real estate on the news or on those current affair programs, they should put an announcement before the segment saying "This is a paid infomercial".
It is just a way to drum up business, and always including the phrase "You better get in now before the prices start to rise, or it's a buyers markets etc etc".
It is not current affairs but marketing.Cash for comment
