I am sure Centro would like to get the finance and hang onto all of there assets.
I think if this happens you will still see a rights issue to reduce risk on it's credit and currency spreads.
It needs to be around a 1-1.5 billion. This should be used to hedge its spreads and used also as a war chest in case one of it's lenders tries to debunk it again.
