Sometimes companies choose to pause their buy backs ( maybe 30 days) after change in guidance so as not to appear to be opportunistic. It will come back soon.
Small companies sometimes do have hiccups with sale s and volumes. I still believe in the the future growth prospects so am holding until full year results and 2019 guidance. I expect a good final div too.
