Yea that was all I read too, just a suggestion there may be delays (as you say, justifiably so). Still no confirmation of a new date though :/ Even if it is early next year I wouldn't be too bummed. Not just because it will be a bigger, better, greener, cheaper plant, but also because I believe that it wont be long after DFS that construction begins. We've had a lot of time to plan and I firmly believe the management team will have a plan prepared and ready to roll out.
