Totally agree with you. The more we have the lesser we think of how some people might be happy just fulfilling the basic necessities in life. If I manage to buy a house in a coveted area tomorrow, I would be happy. But then if next day I see that my neighbour has a lap pool and I don't, suddenly I am not as happy as I was a day before. But if I live in a rudimentary thatched house and all my neighbours live in similar houses, that is all I might aspire for and be happy in that 'small' world.
There are no rights and wrongs. There are only perspectives. And to get a true picture, we have to be there where it is happening and see through their eyes, not through our lenses...
