Yes, I just noticed that the cancer vaccine work is still active. Thanks. I was so pleased to see this. I also took note of T-Cell Expansion in vivo for Q3 2018.
Page 30 of the company's presentation dated 06/11/17 below, highlights that FPP efficiently targets cross presenting dendritic cells for an effective peptide vaccine, but what caught my attention at the time was that both CD8 and CD4 T Cells were highlighted under "T Cell Activation and Expansion". However, the company had only highlighted endosomal escaping CPPs would result in CD8+ T cell expansion via MHC I loading and that FPP delivered antigen would lead to greater expansion of CD8+ T cells compared to TAT. Could their expansion plans include specific work on CD4 T Cells? If so, it would be really interesting to see whether the expansion in CD4+ T Cells would also have a meaningful effect on mouse survival.

No doubt we'll hear more about the specific direction Phylogica will be potentially taking over the coming year on the melanoma vaccine cancer target.
