What is straightforward is that as I write this SELLERS are at 30c and BUYERS are at 29.5c.
A proposed CR has failed when you can buying shares on the market CHEAPER than what the CR offer is. What incentive is there for anybody to participate in the CR now?
I'm not impressed. I know how I'll be voting as a shareholder.
