I beg to differ a little there Jasmac ...its not a first right of refusal.

It's a right to negotiate or reach an agreement -says so in black and white. No more no less.

The negotiations have not been finalised. Also in black and white.

For that matter, we all have the right to reach an agreement with any entity.

Not sure why q is so worried about it, but meditation is clinically proven to lower stress and increase dopamine levels.

As far as the cap raise goes ...I'm looking forward to any cap-raise at a premium to the share price.

Judging by the understanding of the English language on this thread ...some may already have elevated levels of dopamine.
