Everyone here seems so certain that OGX hold the cards in negotiations - Anglo is seen as a friend... IMO for which any experienced astute investor would never assume

There is a MOU and amended MOU which is currently in force which can give Anglo 70% interest etc......

IMO,

Shareholders need to know what it means Anglo have a right to negotiate 50% of Cascavel

Yes we are told that this is subject to negotiations and discussions with Anglo the cornerstone investor

Management cleared stated that they hope ogx is not taken over for 20c in the Q and A session

They also ensured that the 80m or so performance shares/rights are not subject to any production levels in the event of a takeover...
