The requirement for 12month baseline data - isn't that related to bores/bore water work done in 2016/2017(?) ie we should now have 12months or more of this data already? And so this goes into MMP for sign-off in the near future. Any subsequent monitoring from here on is relative to that 12-month baseline data so TNG can be held accountable if they are using too much water that may affect sweet potato and what not for example; that's how I am reading all this.
So Feds have approved post NT EPA's approval and now we are into MMP submission & approval stage "Mining cannot commence until the Management Plan has been approved by the Minister. The approval holder must implement the approved Management Plan. "
