That’s my case in point. To answer your question, a long time! If JRO go bankrupt, it will be a legal nightmare to get another company to take on the purchase and delivery of our lithium!

Whilst we are producing high quality lithium, there will be legal battles in the background on who will take it!

JRO will not just relinquish their rights to the lithium, they may try to onsell.

Anyway, like I said don’t want to fight, all I am saying is in the back ground there is a hell of a lot more to it then some people are alluding to on here.

Hi Think Millions I would expect AJM to have a clause in the contract that requires full payment before product leaves an aust port. If AJM allocate the first shipment to JRO and they default on payment then where does it leave AJM? My guess is the contact would be cancelled and AJM would be free to sell to anybody. just imo.
