I am always happy to learn from my previous investing mistakes.
Lexcorp has stated "a company can not do back to back rights issues".
If that is the case, why would any shareholder, big or small ever take an early on market investment position (larger than would give any benefit that the "15K SPP advantage" gives to small holdings) in any early stage ASX listed company which needed years of additional capital before profitability?
Given the risk taken, what would be the incentive?
