Drillfix
If you hadnt already noticed I am a piss ant ;)
45 days to respond to an email and you think i'm in the companies good books?
I don't think the company would be in the slightest bit interested or coerced into anything I would say. I am a minor holder.
I'm sure both Kate Hobbs and Pat Ryan would be rolling on the floor laughing at that.
Thought that would be obvious to most here.
I am not a major holder for starters.
Back to my email ;)
Question is:
After two announcements in several days and a continued (albeit small volume) decrease in the share price, where is the catalyst for a re rating?
More to the point..'WHEN'?
The company has reported substantial moves in Czech and the market has said; "So what!"
Good buying currently..but then its been good buying for sometime.
The way I see it we need an acquisition...nothing less.
Uran missed Rozna, they have stalled on Pribram (yes they have and its costing us money), theyve been treading water in Ukraine and I am starting to think that 'discussions'with other parties are via the telstra network or MSN messenger....or carrier pigeon ;)
Its not all doom and gloom of course and I dont want to start a hunting campaign for the current board and management as they 'appear' to be making 'progress'.
The issue is its not the progress that was expected or forecast....and it appears to be taking precedence over original production opportunities.
Is it the primary focus required for a company struggling to even be recognised or understood?
Is it a diversionary tactic?
'Again' we see out of the blue applications for deposits in Czech. Now I am not going to say its a waste of time or not a good strategic move...I will say its just not 'getting us anywhere' ...at least yet.
Where was the update on Rozna? Huh? You know the original? reason for being there????
Ukraine does need more detail now. Its the project that offers real $$$ and its one we need to get a better picture of than a 6 months timeline. They said that in November 2006!!!!
We need to be mindful of what 'is' happening in 'real' terms.....the projects that were being negotiated and promised as production opportunities?
No support of current share price by Board/Management at all. NONE!
Any excuse relating to sensitive negotiations etc etc is ridiculous.
Clearly there is no sensitive news that would lead one towards thinking that 'insider trading' would be occuring here.
That argument could have been used since November 2006!!!
The reality is as far as we know NOBODY has spent any more than a few thousand dollars on token shares since the end of 2006....and that was a couple of days before end of year tax loss selling.
Whats really going on? Who is Discovery? When will that deal be consumated?
If the protocol is preserved in Ukraine then get on with the Discovery deal.
Discovery not happy with the current market cap or deal negotiations?
Well neither are we if you hadnt noticed!
This deal needs to be done, Discovery can WAIT for their $$$$ until they get real progress via production...not the quick fix they have envisaged 'perhaps' via the deal they were hopeful of achieving.
Transparency required. Uran have stalled on the Discovery option twice already. Last time 12 months ago.
Whos stalling who in this?
Why?
Is there a conflict of interest in this negotiation?
If there is where is it?
If identified deal with it and do the deal.
Shareholders have waited long enough. The value is now gone from Uran.
We are 1 bad day away from a shareprice disaster...and it is one already. Mk's paper tiger comments just don't cut it anymore.
If there is a stalling effort on Discoverys behalf is that due to them not having anything 'yet' of value??
If so then what have we been fed these last 12 months?
If 'Uran' is in control of this deal...and I understood it was...then it must be done now.
The valuation IS known. It has to be. That is an obvious statement, but folks it has to be known.
If it is do it now.
Come on Uran come clean on this.
12 months is long enough here.
