"At this stage we have been advised that
the necessary permitting to allow us to dewater, enter and rehabilitate the mine
will be received in October 2007. The operational facilities to undertake this work
are already in place."
Dewatering was already occuring although not reported. Probably because they may have been in breach of EP Act.
