question about pri

OK i started to refresh my head to get ready to look at upcoming cashflow. I noticed something major. major to me anyways.

In early January 07 it was announced that PRI will pay 10mill for royalties and licensing over next 5 years.

Indicating an extra 2mill a year in cashflow.

I looked at the cashflows for april- june 07 and july - sept 07. i couldnt see any record of the 1mill due from PRI. (6mths = half of 2mill). I couldnt see it appearing in cashflow reports. I did however note that in note 2 of annual report there was a a note saying 450k was received as other revenue. Maybe this was the pri payment prorata calculated from sometime after jan deal to june.

Having said that in the 2 cashflows i read it was ambiquous to spot and its not highlighted as seperate item if there at all. id say the 450k from PRI was paid in the june quarter hence the larger figure.

Anyways it would appear to me that from JUNE - DEC 07 we are to expect 1mill bucks from PRI to appear in one of the cashflows.

i dunno how PRI pay the cash maybe its a half yearly payment or annual one. cos we would need to see 500k receipt in each cashflow if it was paid mthly etc.

last cashflow cash receipts was only 644k.

Indicating to me that we will see a cool 1mill added to this quarters cash receipts or if PRI pays annually we will see 2mill pos cash hit to them in june 08 cashflow.

take into account flurosave and UDS acquisitions that we were told were in pos cashflow upon acquistions. IF pri payment hits this quarter we would def see pos cashflow from operations segment in cashflow report for first time ever?

perhaps overall cashflow might be slightly in the red if u take off costs of acquistions lower down in cashflow report.
