Some moody people taking themselves way too seriously at the moment. A lot of us were burnt when the fraudulent behaviour came to light. This obviously came out of left field and even the most diligent of researchers can't predict this type of activity. That was really the start of the company falling out of favour with the industry, with investors, with potential partners etc.
I for one held out in hope they could ride through this scandal and the science would speak for itself. That clearly has not happened after half a decade.
There is definitely an element of unfairness to any comment that derides people for having some faith in this situation as it was clearly not of the norm. It has been an unpleasant experience and one that i personally have and will learn from in the future.
I have averaged down to a point where i think if an award of $25mill-$30mill + costs would occur i will be at break even. At which point i intend to sell back to my original stake and see what the directors can do with that money over the next 5 years.
With everyone taking the attitude of heading to the exits on an sp spike it may not spike as high as expected but i'm sure the traders will get involved so who knows.
