No an arbitration payout of $30mill is not going to make this company. They've had close to $30mill in the bank before. A successful commercialisation of an actual real product is going to make this company, and that's regardless of any arbitration outcome. All a potential $30mill does is reduce further share dilution and give shareholders some share price relief in the short-term.

Potential upside from international arbitration with decision expected 1H 2018.
