Winmar Completes Board Restructure
(ASX:WFE) Winmar Resources Ltd (Winmar) is pleased to announce the appointment, effective
immediately, of Mr Michael Fry as a Non-Executive Director.
Mike Fry is a highly-experienced finance and company executive, with a strong background in
accounting and corporate advice having worked with KPMG (Perth), Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu
(Melbourne) and corporate advisory practice Troika Securities Ltd (Perth).
Mike Fry was formerly the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director at Swick Mining Services
Limited, a publicly listed drilling services provider contracting to the mining industry in Australia and
North America, position he held for over 8 years. He is currently Company Secretary and Chief
Financial Officer of African focused Force Commodities Limited and Globe Metals & Mining Limited,
and a non-executive director of VDM Group Limited.
Winmar’s Chairman Jason Brewer commented: “I have worked with Mike at Force Commodities and
he has proven to be an immense asset there. I am pleased that he has agreed to join the Board of
Winmar and support the Company in its strategy to acquire and advance cobalt projects in the
Democratic Republic of Congo rapidly towards production.”
The appointment of Mr. Fry follows the resignation today of Mr Noel Halgreen as a Non-Executive
director and the departure of Mr. Rod Sainty as Managing Director and as a Director of the Company.
The Company thanks Noel and Rod for their service to Winmar, and wishes them well in their future
endeavours.
In addition, the Company also confirms that Mr. Andrew Bray, General Manager, has left the
Company today with immediate effect.
Of the changes, Winmar’s Chairman Jason Brewer said: “Winmar is positioning itself with our
revitalised Board of Directors to deliver the positive returns shareholders are expecting.”

Any idea why so many board changes today. Were these known movements expected . The new people seem to have the right stuff. Anyone know anything positive or negative about the new directors.
