Great if there are indeed two other interested parties but the figures surely cannot be right.

Why would someone offer more than anyone has ever valued the business before. Maybe they mean $1.8 bil for 100% stake. Seems alot more likely?

If that were the case it would be alot more than people were expecting them to get and certainly not a fire sale price, but this is the media so we'll just see what transpires!
