As an AVB holder with XX million shares - I have no qualm in sitting back and NOT accepting the OZL offer. Scaremongering here and on AVB boards does noes nothing other than galvanise support within a growing block of shareholders who hold the same views as myself. Fact is - the T/O is NOT going to plan. So the questions is: to what extent will OZL share price fall when it fails in its bid for AVB? I wouldn't be to worried about AVB, I'd be more concerned about OZL given they have nothing in the pipeline in terms of greenfield projects. Ask this question - who needs who the most. AVB doesn't need OZL- but OZL certainly needs AVB.
