They are definitely working on a deal - “advanced discussions” meaning they have something on the table in principle, just negotiating the nitty gritty. FDA says if they get the same outcomes they achieved in p11 in p111 they will give us the green light. Higher dosages larger cohort, you couldn’t ask for more. Big pharma is all over this.
