As Moppo pointed out - in the November Ann, phase 3 was to be debt financed and operational by the second half of 2018. Now, from the special comments in this latest Ann - from our straight talking leader -, the implementing of phase three will be accelerated to be operational in early 2019? I don't have a problem with a company changing tact with its negotiations, due to whatever circumstances, but I'm obviously having problems with the meaning of the word - acceleration.

Get the feeling Cedric doesn't have much respect for us, just our cash. I still believe in the NSL story but not so endeared to our leader.
