Pretty clear IMO that CBA is occupying most of their time.
People need to remember CBA have 1700+ advisors. If they do 1 SOA a week each it's it's massive volumes of work.... Unlike Sentry CBA will mandate IAMs service across their entire network and it will take time.
It will take time for the AI to learn and it will take time to get staff to do it CBA way.
