so assuming it was primarily a $$$ reason,
its clear that RAU is still allowed to make another offer,
lets hope they do so!!
however, how will this affect the negotiations,
will JK become more desperate, and the vendors will see/know this and demand a higher/unreasoanble price or terms and conditions..
how does corporate negotiating work??
