can someone please confirm...
am i right in thinking that, let's say CVN spends the whole $20m in procuring long lead items and developing Buffalo further, then any farm-in partner would have to reimburse CVN $8m??
or does it work differently regarding any money spent by CVN on the project prior to farm-in?
