Hey guys,
Given the unfortunate decision from Onesteel denying WPG the use of their rail network and Whyalla port faciltiy, do you think a WPG and IFE marriage is possible given that both companies are looking to develop high quality magnetite and DSO hematite projects?
I would like to know your thoughts. Ironclad's capital structure proves a bit of a nuissance though, given that Trafford Resources own 20 million of IFE's 40 million shares.
And this is only if IFE are denied Onesteel's facilities too. I understand Onesteel are still considering IFE's proposal, whereas they dismissed WPG out of hand. From what I understand some of the guys at IFE and Onesteel and pretty tight, hence why OST's hesitation comes as a surpise.
Cheers,
SS.
