I cringed at that minimum bit. Domain will not put a single cent more until they get more of the pie probably through debt repayment or through shock horror more of bbm..

They haven't committed the 67 mil yet... They have been looking at this for 12 months and want to take a deeper look for another 3 months if they provide the $2mil.

I know it sounds a nasty thing to say but if I'm domain I can pull the rug at the last minute, let platinum debt cause cokal to go bankrupt as they are nowhere near their required 100k commercialcommercial target, then swoop in and buy the entire 60% stake of cokal for probably less than this deal. Come August if the deal is not finalised... I'll let you figure out what other recourse cokal would have.

The risk is astronomical compared to the reward of 600k tonne production in 2-3 yrs time.
