I am happy for NG to stay, but only on new properties. Anything that stimulates the supply of new buildings, residential or industrial.
NG is a legitimate tool for managing the economy and should be adjusted as required to deliver specific outcomes.
NG has just become a rort where the same old building gets endless tax deductions as it changes hands.
