Good question. It appears that Scope, the CEO’s private consulting business which Decmil purchased, may have been quietly closed down. I recall that this was predicted by contributors to Hot Copper at the time the purchase was made.

As an example of what Scope was said to be targeting when purchased by Decmil, look at NRW’s 1 May 2018 announcement of an EOI contract with Rio.

I also note Downer’s announcement today of a $150m contract with First Solar in NSW for the Beryl Solar Farm.

These are two very good demonstrations of work winning.
