Qantas boomed on the back of an oil crash and then hedged accordingly. TLS is no comparison. With Qantas you at least have an Aussie accent when you deal with them... Telstra is no different to Optus from a customer service perspective, both hopeless. Under David Thodey there was at least a focus on customer service. The mobile ARPU crash is coming and TLS has yet to see the worst of it. Optus offering large data plans for $30/month with a massively improved network.
