A dozen odd reasons I'll HOLD

Where do I start........well In no particular order: offer is below all recent valuations, potential of Centro is worth this offer alone, 2 large companies greenstone and glencore have not accepted the offer, a large proportion of other shareholders have not accepted the offer, OZL appear desperate with multiple rounds of phone calls, AC has been pursuing for 3 years, I've lost trust in Avb board therefore will ignore their selfish recommendation, Ozl have extended their offer, Ozl have engaged IAF, Avb are deliberately holding back announcements - drill results in particular, Avb was relentlessly sold off following positive announcements over the last 2 years, some HC members (with large holdings) who I trust explicitly will be holding also, there is a high probability that ozl will want all of my shares and will likely pay more in future (if someone else doesn't beat them to the punch). I respect those who have sold for a short term gain - other than the Avb board who have not and are not acting in the best interests of shareholders. Each to our own. I will be HOLDING for a minimum of 25c. PS I have waited 8 years and I have patience to wait another few to see fair value.
