I still think his 2008/9 Plan looks a very good utilisation of resources and opportunities. Remember the m/caps of the CSG companies have only really taken off in the last year.
I would say that both BOW and VPE are now firmly focussed on this wonderful resource.
And VPE's CSG permits may be better than BOW's.But these permits will be great company makers for both of them.
