Yep that's what I'm referring to also, if they win I believe they will already have pre-determined deal with their backer that they will honour (for example we'll on-sell to you for $460M), that deal will IMO deliver them either an increased % as pointed out by Graham above or a pre-determined $ amount which I'll be surprised is more than $30M just because of when the deal would have been agreed. Beers?
