Has anyone ever consider that the buying at market price is at ZFX's bidding? It seems farfetch but not out of the question. If some time down the road, ZFX increases their offer, let's say $1.10 because of MM trying to get AGM cheap, they would have a handful around $1.05. They will then claim that a fair few of AGM's shareholders accept their offer at this price and the price is reasonable and fair. I am a long term investor with a seizable number of AGM shares. If I have taken placement of 80c per share, will I sell it for $1, think again?
Be reasonable ZFX, we are investing not giving away, now there is sunlight, surely we are entitle to some risk premium. As for the price selling at 70c then, that is the share market, it is open to volatility. Just as you are willing to pay $1 for the AGM share, we are investing with a higher expectation like you.We are listening.
