Really?
The Master Project Agreement (MPA), which provides the project framework, investment scope, structuring and defines the roles and responsibilities of the parties. The MPA is binding, will most likely outline future revenue breakdown and who knows what else will be included.
I think it will have a bit to do with the SP. And I think the circus will have left town when the MPA drops. Or at least some of the clowns will, I hope
