The ONLY thing I see potentially holding this price back right now is the current cash position. Assuming PCD success, it's looking like a capital raising will be required for any further advancement. It is possible that the price is being held in check in anticipation of this? I'd like to see China New Energy splash a few more million our way... we all know they can! Blocking out price, I thought today's announcement was a real indication that the pathway has never been more clear, and management will be hell bent on successful flaring... Patience is key, although I'm getting excited for the end of 2018!!!!
