AS has been put on the table many times there needs to be an extra ordinary AGM to vote the directors out. Last time it was threatened they suddenly came up with the drill results.
As far as performance bonus goes what a joke. They get money for jam. One director resigned and took his option for doing fcuk all.
These guys need to go, sooner the better.
I fail to understand why at every AGM nothing gets done and these clowns continue to get away with it. I am still amazed at the voting from the last AGM. The vote count seems to be incorrect from my rough calculations. The directs should not have a vote other than Craig. The options should have no voting power.
