We're due for a breather, or worse...... who's to know, but its all part of the normal cycles. To me, 89 to 93 was shocking down in Melbourne, heaps of people did 30% on their houses back then.
Now I only invest in Queensland. Fortuitously sold my house two weeks ago after first inspection so went out and picked up a mortagee in possession property on 1/2 acre next to the beach here in the Great Sandy Straits. Think it was some West Aussies who came here to buy.
