Minjar have ~4Moz of their own to deal with at SXO. I think they will be ok for the time being. Another asset 100km away would not appeal unless a couple of million oz can be proved up and a satellite processing or concentration plant can be built onsite at FGP or perhaps at Yilgarn Star (~50km from FGP).
Takeover will occur when someone picks up the gold rights/access to old plant infrastructure from KDR.
